<p>Comment vaincre l&#8217;acné en buvant de l&#8217;eau en 5 étapes simples.</p>



<p>Tous les organes, tissus et cellules du corps ont besoin d&#8217;eau pour fonctionner. Ainsi, votre plus grand organe, la peau, a également besoin d&#8217;eau. C&#8217;est en fait une science très simple : les cellules de la peau sont constituées d&#8217;eau, et il est important que ces cellules soient suffisamment approvisionnées en eau.</p>



<p>ÉTAPE 1 &#8211; REMPLACER TOUTES LES BOISSONS PAR DE L&#8217;EAU COMME BASE.</p>



<p>Remplacez toutes les boissons par de l&#8217;eau.<br>Évitez TOUTES les boissons gazeuses. Pas UNIQUEMENT les sodas sucrés. Surtout les sodas light. Les édulcorants artificiels ne sont pas bons pour la peau. En effet, ces boissons diététiques sont mauvaises pour l&#8217;intestin et déclenchent donc des affections cutanées telles que l&#8217;acné ou la rosacée, qui se développent à la suite d&#8217;une inflammation.<br>Les boissons sucrées font grimper en flèche le cortisol, l&#8217;hormone de stress du corps. Ce phénomène déclenche une inflammation qui peut être à l&#8217;origine de diverses affections cutanées liées à l&#8217;inflammation, de l&#8217;acné à l&#8217;eczéma*.</p>



<p>Cela ne signifie donc pas que vous ne devez boire que de l&#8217;eau. Cela ne veut pas dire que vous ne devez boire que de l&#8217;eau, mais plutôt que vous devez boire de l&#8217;eau comme base. (Pour en savoir plus, voir l&#8217;étape 2).</p>

<p>ÉTAPE 2 &#8211; AJOUTEZ 1 SUPER INGRÉDIENT À VOTRE EAU.</p>



<p>Boire UNIQUEMENT de l&#8217;eau peut être ennuyeux. Ajouter un super ingrédient à votre eau la rendra non seulement délicieuse, mais vous aidera également à lutter contre l&#8217;acné. Voici quelques idées de super-aliments :</p>



<p>De l&#8217;eau avec une tranche de citron, un demi-litre par jour au maximum.</p>



<p>Thé chaud avec une tranche de gingembre, un demi-litre par jour au maximum.</p>



<p>De l&#8217;eau avec 2 fraises pour le goût.</p>



<p>Eau avec une poignée de mûres écrasées.</p>



<p>Thé chaud avec du thé vert, max. 1 tasse par jour.</p>

<p>ÉTAPE 3 &#8211; BUVEZ 4 LITRES D&#8217;EAU.</p>



<p>Ne pas boire suffisamment d&#8217;eau entraîne une déshydratation de la peau et une obstruction des pores.</p>



<p>En gardant votre peau hydratée, vous l&#8217;aidez à éliminer les toxines désagréables présentes sur votre peau et dans votre corps. Boire au moins 4 litres d&#8217;eau par jour est l&#8217;un des meilleurs moyens d&#8217;éliminer de l&#8217;organisme les toxines responsables de l&#8217;acné. Cela permet également de maintenir la peau hydratée.</p>



<p>Une peau bien hydratée permet à la peau de maintenir un rajeunissement cellulaire et une production de collagène sains. Cela aide à guérir l&#8217;acné et à réduire l&#8217;inflammation des boutons d&#8217;acné et des cicatrices d&#8217;acné sur la peau.</p>



<p>Augmenter la consommation d&#8217;eau à au moins 4 litres par jour permet également de réduire le taux de sucre dans le sang. Comme nous l&#8217;avons déjà mentionné, une consommation élevée de sucre peut favoriser l&#8217;acné. Équilibrer le taux de sucre dans le sang grâce à une consommation d&#8217;eau adéquate permet également de désintoxiquer la peau.</p>



<p>PS : Ne buvez pas trop d&#8217;eau ! Boire trop d&#8217;eau est mauvais pour la peau et la santé.</p>

<p>ÉTAPE 4 &#8211; LIMITER LA CONSOMMATION D&#8217;ALCOOL À ZÉRO.</p>



<p>L&#8217;alcool affecte directement votre peau en provoquant une déshydratation et une inflammation. L&#8217;alcool a plusieurs effets secondaires qui augmentent le risque d&#8217;acné, notamment les changements hormonaux, la suppression du système immunitaire et l&#8217;augmentation du stress. Le sucre contenu dans certaines boissons alcoolisées augmente le risque de lésions et d&#8217;infections cutanées.</p>

<p>ÉTAPE 5 &#8211; MANGER DE L&#8217;EAU.</p>



<p>Ce qu&#8217;il faut faire. Remplacez les aliments qui privent d&#8217;eau par des aliments qui en contiennent beaucoup. Pensez au bok choy, aux concombres, aux tomates et à la laitue.</p>

<p>CONCLUSIONS.</p>



<p>Malgré ses nombreux avantages, boire de l&#8217;eau n&#8217;est pas une panacée contre l&#8217;acné. <p>Comment nettoyer une peau sensible ?<br>Les types de peau, y compris les peaux sensibles, doivent avoir leur programme de téléréalité. <p>Have you ever had the feeling that your skin is so dry and tight, but at the same time looks so greasy? Well, in this case we are in the same boat. Recently, I noticed that my skin was starting to act up. I wondered why that was, so I did some research and came across a few facts that might help a lot of people.<br />Here&#8217;s why your skin looks oily but is actually dehydrated. You&#8217;ll find out how I identified my oily, dehydrated skin and get some tips to help you on your way to dehydrated skin.</p>
<p>HOW I RECOGNISED MY OILY, DEHYDRATED SKIN.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve always had combination skin type. I have an oily T-zone and normal to dry skin on the rest of my face. A few days ago, my skin felt much more tight and dry than usual. This feeling got to the point where I felt very uncomfortable speaking and making facial expressions. When I looked in the mirror, I noticed that the skin around my nose and cheeks had become very dry and rough. The strange thing was that it also looked greasy at the same time.</p>
<p>HOW YOU CAN TELL IF YOU HAVE OILY, DEHYDRATED SKIN.<br />HERE ARE THE 5 MOST IMPORTANT SIGNS:</p>
<p>1. your face feels particularly dry after cleansing.<br />2. around lunchtime, your skin looks oily but feels plump and dry.<br />3. even after exfoliation, your make-up sets.<br />4. you have dull skin, darker dark circles and a particularly oily T-zone.<br />5. your lips are dry, even in summer.</p>
<p>OILY SKIN CAN ACTUALLY BE DEHYDRATED</p>
<p>Believe it or not, oily skin can actually be dehydrated. You may think that if your skin looks oily, it has enough moisture, maybe even too much of it. However, this is not always the case. When your skin is dehydrated, it produces emergency oil to protect its skin. This means that the top layer of skin has too little moisture and compensates by producing more oil.</p>
<p>Dehydration is a skin condition that can affect any skin type, even oily skin types. In summary, your skin&#8217;s moisture balance is out of whack.</p>
<p>CAUSES OF DEHYDRATION</p>
<p>Some factors that can cause your skin to become thirsty and dehydrated are:</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t drink enough water<br />Your diet (especially avoid sugar, caffeine and alcohol)<br />Air conditioning, the weather<br />Lack of sleep<br />Using the wrong<br />Skin care<br />Lifestyle choices<br />INGREDIENTS YOU SHOULD LOOK OUT FOR</p>
<p>Glycerin: This is one of the most effective moisturising ingredients. It increases the moisture content of the skin and relieves dryness. Glycerin helps the skin absorb moisture from the air and prevents water in the skin from evaporating.</p>
<p>Sodium hyaluronate: Sodium hyaluronate is a salt form of hyaluronic acid. Due to its molecular structure, it penetrates deep into the skin. This ensures an intensive supply of moisture beyond the skin&#8217;s surface. It improves dryness, replenishes the skin and gives it structure.</p>
<p>Soya lecithin and fructooligosaccharides: Soya lecithin draws water into the skin and fructooligosaccharides preserve the skin&#8217;s moisture. The Leave-me-on Summer Mask contains these ingredients as well as sodium hyaluronate and glycerin (see above). These are also suitable for oily, dehydrated skin.</p>
<p>The following ingredients are also very helpful for oily, dehydrated skin:</p>
<p>PENTAERYTHRITOL, BETA-GLUCAN AND PROPANEDIOL.</p>
<p>Remember not to use products that contain a lot of oil and alcohol on oily, dry skin. Using greasy products may temporarily relieve your skin&#8217;s dryness, but in the long run, you risk making your oily, dehydrated skin worse.<br />Ingredients with high oil content:</p>
<p>TRIGLYCERIDES, SODIUM PALMATE, STEARIC ACID AND STEARATE.</p>
<p>Tips to help you keep your skin moisturised<br />Do not exfoliate your skin too much, but gently and not too often. This can cause your skin to become thicker. It is recommended to exfoliate 1-2 times a week.</p>
<p>Use a cleanser that does not remove everything, but only removes the unnecessary debris from your skin.<br />It is important that your skin feels hydrated after cleansing. Using a pH balanced product such as Melting Mud Cleansing Mask will maintain and restore your skin&#8217;s natural moisture balance.</p>
<p>One of the most important tips is not to use functional serums at the same time, such as wrinkle care and pore care. This would interfere with each other as they have different goals for the skin. If you do want to use them together, try to use the products on different parts of your face where they are needed.</p>
<p>As for moisturiser, I recommend oil-free gel moisturisers. They moisturise the skin without making it greasy. The Leave-me-on Autumn Mask is a great example. <p>Since the Covid 19 pandemic, millions of people have been suffering from a new disease called &#8220;maskne&#8221;. This is acne caused by surgical facial masks. Many people do not know how to treat and/or prevent maskne. Many people are also not aware that they can get acne from wearing surgical face masks.<br />The word maskne almost speaks for itself: Acne caused by wearing surgical face masks. The scientific term for this is acne mechanica. You may be reading this now and thinking to yourself that this is not relevant to you as you don&#8217;t have acne or other skin blemishes, but unfortunately acne can develop after just a few months of wearing surgical face masks. In this blog you will learn what mascne actually is, how it develops and how to stop and prevent it.</p>
<p>HOW DOES MASCNE DEVELOP?</p>
<p>Mascne occurs when sweat, oil and bacteria build up on the skin underneath the mask. This creates the perfect breeding ground for an infection, also known as a breakout. This type of acne is called acne mechanica and is different from acne or blemishes caused by hormones or hereditary problems like cystic acne. Acne mechanica is mainly caused by rubbing fabrics against the skin, which irritates the hair follicles. When the mask is worn, small bits of fluid from the mouth get into and onto the mask. These small pieces are called aerosols. The oils and sweat, both from the skin, combined with the aerosols and the object that causes them, cause your skin to go through an uncomfortable time and create more bacteria.</p>
<p>CONCLUSION: When hair follicles are irritated, bacteria can more easily enter and infect the skin. This process can be compared to general, normal acne or even infections from blemishes.</p>
<p>WHAT DOES MASCNE LOOK LIKE?</p>
<p>Mascne mainly shows and forms around and in the area that the mask covers. That is, around the mouth, cheeks, chin, jaw and nose. Treacherous; if not treated correctly, it can spread and enlarge to other areas. Small inflammations form in and on the skin, commonly known as cystic acne; red skin, bumps and sometimes itchy or painful patches, but this doesn&#8217;t always have to be the case. <p>A crucial question, if you ask us. At the beginning of the pandemic, not many people had any side effects from the mask. After a few weeks of quarantine and getting used to the mask, the number of people suffering from acne around the mouth increased. Since the word &#8220;mask&#8221; was first mentioned, scientists and dermatologists have conducted studies on it. While the studies were still ongoing, it was already being concluded on social media that it was something caused by the surgical face mask. After a short time, several dermatologists commented on the new term and indeed concluded that it was a mask. Fortunately, after this conclusion, they did not leave us in the dark and also gave some tips. Some of these tips are already known when thinking about general acne, and other tips relate to actually wearing the mask.</p>

<p>1. WASH OR CHANGE YOUR PILLOWCASE EVERY DAY.</p>
<p>Changing your pillowcase every day may seem a little extreme, but it is very important when treating mask or acne. If you have sensitive skin and are particularly prone to breakouts, you should also be mindful of what type of detergent you use. We recommend a cotton pillowcase.</p>
<p>2. YOUR SURGICAL FACE MASKS.</p>
<p>Wear a soft, natural and breathable fabric such as cotton. A transparent surgical mask is best. We advise you not to wear synthetic fabrics such as nylon or polyester. <p>Clear, radiant skin is something almost all of us desire. However, it is not easy to achieve it. Here are some tips we can give you to give your skin a boost.</p>
<p>1. INVEST IN AN ACID PEEL.</p>
<p>By this we don&#8217;t mean an acid that burns your face, but an acid such as glycolic, lactic or salicylic acid. These have been proven to be effective exfoliators. It&#8217;s one of the best things you can do to improve your skin tone and texture, and unclog pores of dirt and oil.</p>
<p>2. APPLY A FACE MASK AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK.</p>
<p>Face masks are great for keeping your skin clear and fresh because they contain more effective active ingredients than traditional cleansers or moisturisers. <p>Winter is wonderful. Snow, hot chocolate, New Year, etc. But with the change of seasons, you may notice how your skin changes. As soon as the first cool air hits, your skin might start to look a little dehydrated. It&#8217;s common for us to change our wardrobe when the weather changes, but why don&#8217;t we change our skincare too? Your skin needs a little extra protection too! Here are some tips on how to give your skin the &#8220;clothes&#8221; it needs.</p>
<p>&#8211; SWITCH UP YOUR SKINCARE ROUTINE</p>
<p>One of the easiest things you can change in your skincare routine in winter is your moisturiser. It&#8217;s normal and common to prefer a light, oil-free moisturiser in the summer, but once autumn is around the corner, your skin can use a little more TLC. This usually comes in the form of oil. If you have oily and acne-prone skin, using an oil may seem a little counterintuitive for your skin, but fear not, some oils like jojoba oil and rose oil work wonders at calming blemishes and can actually make your skin less oily. Oils are great for preventing water loss from the skin, keeping it looking plump and radiant even in the colder months.</p>
<p>&#8211; USE A HUMIDIFIER</p>
<p>We know this next tip may seem a little unusual, but trust us, it works. If you&#8217;re constantly going in and out of the cold, it wreaks havoc on your skin. Think breakouts and sensitive, red, inflamed skin. A humidifier adds moisture to the air, preventing dryness and irritation. Humidifiers are particularly effective in treating dry skin, relieving rosacea and also helping to ward off cold and flu symptoms.</p>
<p>&#8211; HYALURONIC ACID</p>
<p>The reason you should use this baby in winter is that it has the ability to absorb ten times its weight in water. This means it&#8217;s excellent at binding water in skin cells and stopping water loss from the skin throughout the day. The result? Dewy, plump, youthful-looking skin. <p>The importance of washing your face is not always obvious when you are dead tired. We know the feeling&#8230; You get home late; you&#8217;ve been running around all day and the first thing you want to do is collapse from exhaustion and just fall asleep. Taking your make-up off may be the last thing you want to do. We all know it and have probably done it. Although it may not seem like a big deal, we want to tell you that it actually is and of course, why.<br />Naturally, when you sleep with makeup on, your pores get clogged. Throughout the day, makeup deposits pollutants and other bacteria on the skin, and if not washed off, dirt and bacteria can build up in the pores. This can lead to enlarged pores, dried out skin and painful pimples. Not to mention the fact that any moisturiser you apply won&#8217;t work its magic.</p>
<p>If you want to have a glowing complexion, you should definitely not wash your face. One of the key factors in glowing skin is exfoliation, but if there is a layer of make-up on top of it, the skin&#8217;s ability to exfoliate naturally is severely compromised. On average, we excrete 50 million skin cells every day. When there is a layer of make-up on the skin, it is unable to shed these dead skin cells. This can lead to a noticeably grey, dull, lacklustre complexion.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re still not convinced of the importance of washing your face, this next fact will surely make you reach for the toner. Sleeping in your makeup not only clogs your pores, but it can also aggravate inflammatory skin conditions like rosacea and eczema, and even lead to infections like sties or conjunctivitis. After all, the eyes are the perfect petri dish for bacteria and dirt, and the longer eye make-up is left on, the higher the risk of infection.</p>
